I have always been fascinated by organisational dynamics and the impact people have on success.

With over 20 years of experience, I have built a career focused on the connection between strategy, leadership and people, supporting organisations and leaders through periods of change, growth and repositioning.

Throughout my career, I have specialised in integrating the human dimension into strategic decision-making, creating solutions with real and sustainable impact.

I believe strong organisations are built by aligned people who are aware of their role and responsible for the impact they create. It is with this conviction that I work in the areas of leadership, communication and organisational development, through a practical, structured and results-oriented approach.

In 2019, I founded Peppermint to support organisations in thriving through strategic consulting, training, coaching and the development of people and teams across Human Resources and Communication.
